Terms & Conditions and Complaints Procedure

1. Service provider

Zašijeme, Company ID (IČO) to be added, registered address Velké Kunratické 1311/8, Kunratice, 148 00 Praha 4. Not registered for VAT. Contact: info@zasijeme.cz. Trade: manufacture, repair and alteration of clothing (free trade).

2. Ordering

Submitting the callback form is non-binding. After the consultation we send a written quote stating the scope of work, the price, the date and, for postal orders, the return postage. A contract arises only when you expressly confirm the quote (replying “I AGREE” to the confirmation message containing the order number). Please do not send us your garment before the order is confirmed.

If during the work we find that the scope or price must change, we pause the work and continue only after you approve the revised quote.

3. Price and payment

The prices in the price list are indicative; the binding price is the one confirmed in the order. Payment by bank transfer (QR payment) or in cash on collection; postal orders are paid in advance. Materials (zips, thread, etc.) are charged as actually used and are stated in the quote.

4. Postal orders and withdrawal from the contract

For contracts concluded at a distance (online) you have, as a consumer, the right to withdraw within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason.

If you wish us to start work before that period expires, when confirming the order we will ask for (a) your express request to begin work before the withdrawal period expires and (b) your acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal ceases once the service has been fully performed. If you withdraw after work has begun but before completion, you pay a proportionate part of the price for the work already done.

Send your withdrawal to info@zasijeme.cz or in writing to our registered address; the order number and a statement of intent to withdraw are sufficient.

5. Collection, storage and uncollected garments

We will notify you when the order is finished. We store the order free of charge for 30 days from the notice to collect; after that we may charge storage of 10 Kč per commenced day.

6. Complaints procedure

We are liable for defects in the service under the Civil Code. Please raise a complaint without undue delay at info@zasijeme.cz, ideally with a photograph and the order number. We will handle the complaint without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date it is raised, and will inform you of the outcome. A justified defect will primarily be remedied free of charge (by further alteration); where that is not possible, we will provide a reasonable discount or refund the price.

7. Out-of-court dispute resolution (ADR)

The competent body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 796/44, 110 00 Prague 1, www.coi.cz.

8. Other

Matters not governed by these terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Protection Act. The processing of personal data is described in a separate document.
