Zašijeme is run by me — a seamstress working from a home atelier in Prague 4 – Kunratice. I handle every order personally: first I assess what the garment needs, recommend a suitable solution, and confirm the price and completion date in advance.

Frequently asked questions
How does a visit work?
We work from a home atelier rather than a shop, so visits are by prior appointment only. We’ll arrange a time during the callback; a fitting usually takes 10–20 minutes.
How does the postal service work?
Request a callback and we’ll discuss the scope and price. Once you confirm the order, send the garment via Zásilkovna; we state the return postage in advance. Please don’t send anything before we explicitly confirm the order.
How long will it take?
Standard repairs are usually done within 3 working days of receiving the garment. Express is possible depending on current capacity — we'll confirm it when you order.
How much will it cost?
Indicative prices are in the list above. We clarify the exact price during the consultation and may ask for a photograph for some alterations. The quote is non-binding; the binding price applies once the order is confirmed.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer via QR code, or in cash when you collect. For postal orders, payment in advance by transfer.
