Trade registration is in progress — the proprietor's name and company ID will be added as soon as it completes. Until then we do not take orders through this website.

This translation is provided for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Czech version prevails.

1. Controller

2. What we process and why

Callback request (name, phone, preferred time, and description): to contact you and prepare a quote — legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data from non-binding requests is deleted within 90 days if no order follows.
Order (contact and billing details, order record): performance of the contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and compliance with legal obligations — accounting and tax documents are kept for the statutory periods (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Telephone and email communication: handling your enquiry and order (Art. 6(1)(b)). Communication records older than 90 days after completion are deleted on a rolling basis.
Website analytics (Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics): only with the consent you give in the cookie banner (Art. 6(1)(a)). No analytics data is collected without consent. Vercel Web Analytics uses no third-party cookies and provides anonymous aggregate statistics. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.

3. Processors and recipients

Vercel Inc. (website hosting, form processing, and Vercel Web Analytics with consent), Resend (email delivery of callback requests), Google (Workspace — order records; Analytics with consent), and Zásilkovna s.r.o. (parcel transport). We have data processing agreements (DPAs) in place with our suppliers. We do not pass data to anyone else and we do not sell it.

4. Retention periods

non-binding callback requests: up to 90 days,
order records and communication: 90 days after completion of the order,
accounting documents: for the statutory periods.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection. Requests are handled at info@zasijeme.cz. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (uoou.gov.cz).
