We accept selected repairs by parcel. Do not send a garment without prior arrangement; we first assess suitability and confirm shipping instructions.
Which repairs may be suitable for post
Parcel delivery may suit work that can be assessed reliably without a fitting, such as selected seam repairs or straightforward component replacement. Material, construction, and condition determine suitability.
Alterations that depend on body measurements or repeated fittings may not be suitable. Before dispatch, we agree the scope, address, packaging, transit arrangements, and next steps.
Before an order is accepted, the quote states the repair price and any agreed transport cost. Send the parcel only after receiving specific instructions.
Enquiry, contract formation, and garment handoff
The submitted form is a non-binding request for assessment and a quote. It does not itself create an order or reserve a date.
Submitting the request does not form a contract. Before any contract is formed, the customer receives complete pre-contract information and an individual offer stating the scope, price, and timing; a contract is formed only when the customer expressly accepts that offer.
The amounts shown are indicative. We confirm the final price, scope, and timing after assessing the particular garment.
